AC Callback Summary Callback for AC system. System is undercharged with R22 refrigerant, which we do not service. Everything else is operating properly at this time.

8-12-26 Condenser Rattling Noise • Homeowner Concern • Homeowner reported an unusual rattling noise coming from the condenser, which was replaced approximately one year ago. Inspection • Confirmed the air conditioner was operating upon arrival. • A definite rattling noise was present and was traced to the top fan cage of the condenser. • Inspected the fan cage and found that it had developed some movement/gaps that were allowing it to vibrate during operation. Repair • Made adjustments to the fan cage to tighten and secure it against the surrounding sides. • Eliminated the gaps that were allowing the metal cage to vibrate. Final Testing Tested the air conditioner after the adjustment. • Rattling noise is no longer present, and the condenser is now operating with a normal sound. • Additional Note

Upon arrival customer stated the water flows above the furnace and onto the floor. When checking on the unit found no water currently leaking but also unit is not running. Customer stated it only happens when he dials the temp below 73/72 When checking the condensate drain line found it almost plugged up. See picture Informed customer. Per customer ok to clean piping Cleaned condensate drain piping, all flowing properly now.

DTE A/C Tune-Up Summary Indoor Unit * Thermostat is operating normally during the cooling cycle. * Measured a 22°F temperature differential between the supply and return air, indicating excellent cooling performance. * Air filter had already been replaced by the homeowner. * Evaporator coil was cleaned and inspected. * Condensate drain was verified to be draining properly. Outdoor Unit * Condenser coil was cleaned and inspected. * Electrical connections were inspected and tightened as needed. * Contactor was tested and is operating within specifications. * Capacitor was tested and is operating within manufacturer specifications.
