Arrived at the customer’s residence and placed a bucket underneath the sink to catch any residual water. Disconnected the P-trap, unplugged the existing garbage disposal, and removed the old unit. Removed the old disposal mounting collar and thoroughly cleaned the underside of the sink around the drain opening to prepare the surface for installation. Applied silicone sealant and installed the new garbage disposal mounting collar. Removed the dishwasher drain knockout from the new disposal, installed the unit, and reconnected all plumbing and electrical connections underneath the sink. Ran water through the sink and thoroughly inspected all connections for leaks. No leaks were detected at this time, and the new garbage disposal is functioning properly.
Arrived to perform maintenance -measured/set gas pressures for all stages whilst performing combustion analysis -combustion data is ok and it’s been uploaded to file. -filter medias checked/changed. Furnace is operating ok at this time.

Performed furnace maintenance 80% furnace operating within parameters at this time. Checked filter medias Combustion data ok Furnace is operating well at this time.
AC and furnace tuneup Both systems were maintained for their safety, mechanical and performance components. Gas pressure testing, and combustion analysis were completed at this visit. Homeowner is handling air filter changes. 16° differential between the supply and return for the cooling capacity. This would be a concern in warmer weather and was elaborated further with the homeowner. System is operating normally at this time.
Water Heater Inspection Findings & Recommendations Upon inspection, the customer reported that the water heater pilot light was not relighting. During the inspection, several issues were identified that may be contributing to the problem. The water heater pan is undersized and is restricting the available airflow to the unit. In addition, debris was found obstructing the airflow underneath the water heater, further limiting the combustion air supply. The restricted airflow is causing the burner compartment to operate at excessive temperatures, which resulted in the thermal overload switch tripping. The excessive heat also caused damage to the wiring inside the pilot assembly, including melted wiring, preventing the pilot assembly from operating properly. Recommendations: ● Replace the undersized water heater pan with a properly sized pan that does not restrict airflow. ● Replace the damaged pilot/thermopile assembly and associated wiring. ● Provide adequate combustion air to th
Arrived at the customers house, he has a cold water filter that he tried to install and now he has a leak. Left estimates with the home owner and he does not want to move forward at this time.
Jeff was very thorough servicing our furnace Explained everything and offered great advice.
Performed furnace tune up, cleaned sensitive components, performed combustion analysis, took amp draws on all motors. All safety switches and limits are working properly at this time. Furnace is safe for use. Buttons were sticking on thermostat. Recommend replacement thermostat. Customer said they would install one themselves.
