Consumers tuneup $35 special Safety, mechanical and performance components were cleaned, examined and maintained. Homeowner has a modulated gas valve with a fixed adjustment screw does not need service. Combustion analysis were completed at this visit. 1 inch Air filter looked good. Changed once a month. Humidifier was changed at this visit. Homeowner should add white vinegar to condensation pump, and P-trap for the indoor portion of the air conditioner. System is operating normally at this time. Air filter and water pad were changed at this visit. System is operating normally at this time. Recommendations Change the 1 foot section of pipe that has broken for exhaust. Nu shield ionization system. The system ionizes the undesirable products in your air. Mitigate odors from kitchen and pets. Breaks down VOCs, mold spores, and airborne pathogens such as Covid. Generally is a great product. This is a second generation to the I WAVE.
Arrived at the customer’s home and inspected the downstairs half-bath faucet. The faucet would only shut off when left slightly in the on position; when turned completely off, it would continue to run. Shut off the angle stops underneath the sink and replaced both cartridges, springs, and seals. Restored water to the faucet and verified proper operation. Turned off the water to the home and proceeded to the upstairs full bathroom. Removed the existing Kohler cartridge and mixing valve and replaced the mixing valve, cartridge, and associated seals. Restored water to the home and thoroughly inspected the system for leaks. No leaks were present at the time of completion. Also bled air from the water lines throughout the home, replaced the shower trim, and resealed around the shower trim. Tested all fixtures and verified that everything is functioning properly at this time.
