Performed full maintenance, combustion analysis, and inspected the indoor furnace, while the outdoor condenser was cleaned and mechanical and electrical components were checked. Subcooling and all other readings were within range; no further work is needed at this time. Will leave quote for soft Start kit due to high in-rush Amp draw reading. Combustion analysis and gas pressure testing were completed at this visit. 20° differential between the supply and the return air. Noticeable growth was found on the evaporator coil and the case of the humidifier pad. This is a closed coil the only way to view. It is through the humidifier without taking apart sheet metal. Unwelcome guests were removed from the outdoor air-conditioning electrical compartment. As well as 20 pounds of Pineneedles. Drain from the humidifier could be verified drain from the furnace could be verified drain from the evaporator coil could not be verified because it did not have an outlet to flush.
