10-10-26 Water valve stuck. I was able to open it.
Homeowner reported furnace not running. Found fault code 41 indicating a blower issue. Diagnosed a failed circuit board that was not supplying 24V to the blower motor. Replaced circuit board and tested furnace operation. Furnace is now operating within parameters at this time.

Air filter and water pad supplied by the homeowner were changed at this visit. System is operating normally at this time.
10-9-26 Steam Boiler Maintenance Equipment is in good working condition at this time. Clean and checked all safety and mechanicals. Cleaned out pigtail site glass and boiler. Added performance solution to boiler. Replaced two main air vents.

Combustion analysis results were good; adjusted the burner to correct slight flame impingement, and CO levels looked great afterward. Replaced the air filters and humidifier pad, and no further work is needed at this time.

The guy who showed up his name was Kevin was very knowledgeable on our boiler system as this way of heating a home is new to us. He was efficient and very kind.
