System was working upon arrival, checked infinity control history and saw codes for thermal cut out and high pressure switch. Found system to have a failed capacitor. Capacitor was low on the compressor side, and dead on the fan side. Installed new capacitor, tested system, system is approximately 14 years old and approaching life expectancy but is still operational at this time. Recommend regular maintenance on all hvac equipment.
9-3-26 Found wet switch in the attic had activated due to a small amount of condensation coming from the suction line. I tested the drain and everything is flowing good. I adjusted the insulation on the refrigerant line to cover the pipe better going through the coil door and placed the safety further away from the lines. After resetting the switch I tested the cooling and everything is working properly.
Reset power to system using the breaker, unable to access attic. Needs small guy and six foot ladder. System is working properly at this time. Infinity stat was blank. Think system needs time delay.
Performed comprehensive furnace maintenance in Hills, Michigan on a 10-year-old furnace. Completed combustion analysis with excellent readings, cleaned the flame sensor, condensate P-trap, burner ports, and blower cabinet, and checked all control board connections. Replaced the air filter, and everything is operating properly with no further issues noted at this time.

8-21-26 Communication fault on a Lennox smart system. Called tech-support and determined it was the smart thermostat that was not communicating. Return to replace smart thermostat and set up system. 8-26-26 Replaced smart thermostat for Lennox system. Included set up and performance testing.
Customer lost power and was experiencing the black screen glitch on the infinity, recommend adding time delay to furnace to resolve issue. Customer also is still having trouble with kitchen being to hot, Trevor left notes on job saying there isn’t enough duct work, will talk with office about solution. 8-24-26 Returned and installed a time delay relay for the thermostat.
Upon inspection, the old infinity control was broken. I replaced it with a new one, ensuring compatibility. After installation, I thoroughly tested the system, confirming it functions perfectly.
Upon arrival customer stated the ac system is working properly. AC Service Description: • Performed coil cleaning • Cleaned evaporator coil and condenser coil • Cleared/cleaned condensate drain lines • Verified proper drainage and system cleanliness • Tightened and or adjusted electrical connection. • Electrical components: capacitor and contactor are within manufacture specifications Acc number of customer has 13 digits vs 12 Removed 1 zero
